Events outside RA Sons Ltd's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that RA Sons Ltd is released from RA Sons Ltd obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RA Sons Ltd, its officers, shareholders, directors, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, and representatives from any and all losses, including, but not limited to, costs and legal fees, arising out of or related to (i) your use of the Website, (ii) your purchase of Services; (iii) your use or misuse of Services; (iv) your violation of any term or condition of this Agreement; (v) your violation of the rights of third parties, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights or other personal or proprietary rights; and (vi) your violation of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or treaty, whether local, provincial, national or international. Your obligation to defend RA Sons Ltd will not provide you with the ability to control RA Sons Ltd's defence, and RA Sons Ltd reserves the right to control its defence, including its choice of counsel and whether to litigate or settle a claim subject to indemnification.

All products remain RA Sons Ltd property until full payment is made. The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from RA Sons Ltd.

A deposit of 25% of the agreed budget will be required to confirm the booking, this is non-refundable if cancelled within 10 days of the event.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.
