Surface Preparation

All surfaces should be completely sound, clean, dry and dust free. Any surface contaminants like grease, oil, mold and efflorescence must be removed in order to promote adhesion. Any holes or cracks must be filled with an appropriate filler and allowed to dry thoroughly.

Application

RALASTIC can be applied by brush or roller. The first coat should be diluted with 15% water, applied and allowed to dry for 24 hours. The second coat should be diluted with 10% water and applied. The final finish can take light foot traffic after 24 hours but may take 2-3 days to fully harden.

Recommendations

Do not use RALASTIC:

• When temperatures are below +5°C and over +30°C
• When strong wind or rain is forecast
• In areas of high humidity
