Ragrout

Brand: RA&Sons

RAGROUT is a specially formulated waterproof tile grout made up of special polymers, additives and pigments enabling the grout to be used both internally and externally. With the addition of RALASTOCEM it can be used in swimming pools. It comes in 15 popular colours and is suitable for tile joints of 1-5mm. (For joints of 6-15mm simply add calcium carbonate).

Application

RAGROUT powder is to be mixed with 30-35% water by weight in a clean container. Mix mechanically until a smooth until a smooth homogeneous lump free mixture is achieved. Let the grout stand for 5 minutes and mix again thoroughly. Even though RAGROUT is waterproof when it’s used in swimming pools, wet rooms or areas that experience heavy foot traffic combined with sudden changes in temperature mix RAGROUT with RALASTOCEM to improve elasticity and impermeability. For joints from 6-15mm add 1.2 Kg of calcium carbonate 300mic to 5 Kg of RAGROUT. Always apply RAGROUT with a rubber grouting tool. When removing excess grout use a damp sponge or cloth and never wet the areas excessively. Floors can take foot traffic after 24 hours and the grout will be fully cured after 5-7 days.
