RA Sons Ltd delivers services to private and public businesses (Customers) in Europe. RA Sons Ltd’ head office is located in Xewkija, Gozo, Malta. Scope:

This Privacy Statement applies to all business processes in RA Sons Ltd and to all RA Sons Ltd websites, domains, mobile solutions, cloud services and communities as well as to RA Sons Ltd branded websites and third party social networks (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn) . Any specific appendices for our services will be found in the Terms of Service or equivalent for the service in question.

The Statement provides information about data processing carried out by RA Sons Ltd when RA Sons Ltd determines the purpose and means of the processing (RA Sons Ltd as data controller) as well as data processing performed on behalf of our customers based on their instructions (the Customer as data controller and RA Sons Ltd as data processor).

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
